Per Person Services

All levels of service are determined by the Director, RN and Resident Care Coordinator in partnership with the resident and their family through an assessment of needs, prior to admission. These services and cares are subject to change to reflect any transition or development in the individuals’ health status. Prairie Ridge is a licensed Class A, Assisted Living Facility and operates under the Administrative Rules of Montana.

Level 1A

$1,120.00/per person

• 24-hour staffing and emergency assistance
• Two daily meals
• Bath and bed linen services weekly
• Scheduled weekly housekeeping
• Wellness monitoring

Level 1B

$1,360.00/per person

• 24-hour staffing and emergency assistance
• Three daily meals
• Bath and bed linen services weekly
• Scheduled weekly housekeeping
• Wellness monitoring

Level 2

$1,790.00/per person

• All Level 1 services
• Three daily meals
• Personal laundry services
• Our Resident Care Associates will provide scheduled assistance with the help of the residents themselves to aid in their personal needs (up to two services) such as: bathing, dressing, grooming and meal support; defined as selection, reminders, and cutting meats/vegetables.

Level 3

$2,680.00/per person

• All Level 1 and Level 2 services
• Three daily meals
• Medication assistance or toileting assistance
• Our Resident Care Associates will provide scheduled assistance with the help of the residents themselves to aid in their personal needs (up to three services) such as: bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal support; defined as selection, reminders and cutting meats/vegetables.

Level 4

$3,550.00/per person

• All Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 services
• Three daily meals
• Medication assistance and toileting assistance
• Our Resident Care Associates will provide scheduled assistance with the help of the residents themselves to aid in their personal needs (up to three services) such as: bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal support; defined as selection, reminders and cutting meats/vegetables.
